Return/Cancel Policy

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will email you an electronic gift card.
You are responsible for the return shipping, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the instructions below to make a return

Pack item(s) to return into a box or bag of your choice.
Include your original invoice included in your package, a copy of the invoice, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order. (If this is a gift we can issue you a e-gift card for the return. Please provide the full name and email you would like the e-gift card to be sent to.)
Ship to our returns address with the shipper of your choice.
When received at our warehouse, you will be refunded (within 30 days) or issued a gift card (after 30 days) for the items and sent a confirmation email.

CANCAL INSTRUCTIONS

If you need to cancel the order during shipping, $10 fee will be minused for that the shipper charges us.

STORES
We do not accept returns for items purchased in our stores. Please refer to the return policy printed on your receipt for any store purchases.
