About Abe Lincoln
Seed Type Heirloom
Abe Lincoln Tomato is a classic heirloom variety celebrated for its high yield, rich flavor, and large fruits. Introduced in 1923, it has been a favorite among home gardeners. This exceptional variety produces large beefsteak tomatoes with smooth, deep-red skin and dense, flavorful flesh. The old-fashioned, round fruits are resistant to cracking and have an outstanding taste, making them perfect for slicing and canning. It’s also resistant to early blight. Fruits can weigh up to 400–500g. A mid-to-late season variety, it takes approximately 80–90 days from sowing to harvest.
